Quantum Materials appoints new CFO to achieve “a mainstream exchange listing”

Quantum Materials, the quantum dot manufacturer, has announced that Craig Lindberg has joined the company as CFO to “explore the potential of seeking a top-tier exchange listing.”

Prior to joining Quantum Materials, Mr Lindberg worked as a consultant and entrepreneur from June 2012 through April 2015, during which time he co-founded several businesses.

Craig Lindberg said: “Quantum Materials is at a transformational stage in its growth and I am pleased and excited to work with the team to take the company to the next level and beyond.”

“I am eager to start negotiating partner relationships going forward to benefit our company and our shareholders. I am excited to improve our capital structure and explore the potential of seeking a top-tier exchange listing.”

Mr. Lindberg succeeds Chris Benjamin as Chief Financial Officer as Chris advances to join the company’s Board of Directors.

Stephen Squires, CEO and President of Quantum Materials, said: “The addition of Craig Lindberg to our management team as CFO is allowing us to leverage his proven expertise to improve our capital structure in preparation for achieving a mainstream exchange listing. His contractual negotiating prowess is also proving crucial as we enter into joint development and commercialization agreements.”
