Eagle Graphite announced on Thursday it had appointed Daryl Wood as its new Chief Financial Officer. The graphite miner also said it would grant its staff 21 million options to purchase shares.
Daryl Wood has more than 20 years experience in senior financial roles and he replaces the outgoing CFO, Dan Hamilton, who resigned from the company.
The company also announced that a total of 21,261,000 options to purchase shares at $0.055 each have been granted to directors, officers, employees, and consultants. The grant is awaiting regulatory approval.
